I once again required the services of a plumber, when a water pipe busted in my garage, and without that pipe fixed, I would not be able to activate the in-ground sprinkler system for my lawn! Luckily, I finally have a reliable and honest plumber now, who I can contact in these situations. One call in to Mark (late Tuesday afternoon), and he had me scheduled in for first thing Thursday morning. I was extremely pleased to be able to get the problem fixed so quickly, but not at all surprised that Mark arrived on-time, and took care of the pipe quickly and efficiently! Always a pleasure to deal with Mark - fast, friendly and most importantly, HONEST !! I will DEFINITELY call Mark again when I need a plumber!

I contacted Sapphire contracting to get a roof estimate, along with another 4 companies. Kevin came out the next day, spent about an hour going over material options and pricing ( which was lower than other companies for the SAME materials used - e.g. replacing a skylight, supplied and installed for $500, which was $700 cheaper than the next quote I got !! ) It was not only the very reasonable price which made me decide to use Sapphire Contracting for this project, but also the customer service, EXCELLENT warranty, and the fact that Kevin answered all my questions in a very straight forward and upfront manner. When the crew arrived promptly on the day agreed upon, they went straight to work with no messing around. They finished late afternoon, did a very thorough clean-up, and were gone well before dinner time, with no sign that they had even been there, aside from the brand new roof. They even called several weeks later, to follow up on customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company if you are in the market for a new roof, or any other contracting needs you may have - they are courteous and prompt, very reasonably priced, and most of all, THEY DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO DO!!

I used M.A.C Stewart Plumbing again, for the second time this month, and once again I was extremely happy and satisfied with the service! It was a relatively small job, just hooking up and installing a new dishwasher, but Mark Stewart made it a priority to get it done for me ASAP, and at a VERY reasonable price of $150.00! This included, driving from Newmarket to Barrie, disconnecting the old dishwasher, helping me carry out the old dishwasher, helping me carry in the new dishwasher, hooking up and installing the new dishwasher ( replacing waterlines and fittings with updated versions), and finally, testing the unit while double-checking all pipes, waterlines and fittings for leaks. Considering that most plumbers charge at least $50.00 just to come out to your house (over and above any work done), I think that $150.00 for the entire job is beyond reasonable! Furthermore, Mark has been very punctual every time he has come out, proving that he has great respect for other people's time as well. Do yourself a favor, and call M.A.C. Stewart Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs - I promise you will be happy you did !!
