I went to American Vacuum looking for a good, fairly lightweight, reasonably priced vacuum for my fledgling cleaning business. The sales person was very friendly and did not push me into a vacuum I didn't want or need. Instead he explained features of a variety of machines and introduced me to some brands I didn't previously know, such as Sanitaire. I ended buying a Sanitaire upright and a small Sanitaire canister as well. I've been extremely pleased with both of them, and would recommend them and American Vacuum to anyone in need of a good vacuum.

I called Del's after our water heater's pilot light went out because of minor flooding in my basement. The sent a technician out right away while other (closer) repair shops put me on a wait list. The technician got the water heater dried out and the pilot light going in short order. I would call Del's again for this type of repair.

I called Mason exterminating about a problem I was having with tiny black ants in my kitchen. The technician came and treated areas in my kitchen, basement and around the outside of the foundation. He explained that there would likely be a recurrence of ants in a couple of weeks, but that if/when that happened, he would come out and treat again at no additional cost. He was true to his word and just as friendly and pleasant during the second treatment as the first. The second treatment got rid of the ants for good and I was well satisfied with this company.
