I was late in booking my move but fortunately, Paradise Movers were able to accommodate the move on my preferred date. John was always quick to reply to my texts or calls. On the day of the move, John and his crew were professional and careful. We had furniture moving in and out of a few locations and everything went very smoothly. I would definitely recommend them, without hesitation.

After diagnostic testing, Adriano informed us that the drain pump on our 13 year old front load washer was dead. He was able to help us make a decision about whether to move ahead with the repair or purchase a new washer (we went with the latter). He was professional and honest and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

We received quotes from 5 different roofers and were most impressed with Canadian Roofing. Of all the quote providers, Darren seemed the most knowledgable. We particularly liked that they were able to address other issues aside from the roof (i.e., insulation and firewall installation). The roofing job turned out to be much bigger than we had anticipated due to the the 100+ year old roof. Despite the stress of the increased cost, in the end, we were very pleased with the results. Communication was primarily by phone and although I would have preferred it was in person, both Jason and Darren always took the time to explain exactly what was happening and what our options were. The photos they sent as the work was being completed were very helpful. Jason and Darren made every effort to ensure that we were completely happy with the end results. The cost was high but seemed reasonable for the amount and quality of work done. Highly recommended.

We did comparison shopping and Cosmopolitan offered the best price - by far. The salesman was very friendly but gave us some wrong information (i.e., the brochure was for a different model, warranty info was wrong). The installation was done very quickly and well. There was one concern & a technician was quickly sent out to investigate. The technician was very knowledgable and helpful. The company sent in the documentation for the government rebate in a timely manner. There was other documentation including the warranty and manual which were delayed (though perhaps due to the postal strike ) and it took longer than expected (i.e., 3 months) to get it sorted out. All staff were always polite & professional.

I have had Des pick up household/construction waste for me on two separate occasions. He was a friendly and honest man and a pleasure to deal with. In addition, I found his prices very competitive. I would highly recommend him.

Atsu worked with us to design a built-in maple cabinet for our bathroom and a banister for our upstairs hallway. He was able to work within our budget and improve on our design ideas. He has a lovely personality and was a delight to work with. We were very pleased with the high end quality of the finished products.
