I was obsessing about purchasing new windows and doors because of anxiety about having to deal with a window and door company. I hate going to companies that know you do not know anything about what you are purchasing. They always try to take advantage of you. I had contacted 5 window companies. I selected Galaxy Windows because a) the quality of the WindowCity windows, b) the sales representative?s knowledge, c) their competitive price. Alex told me everything I needed to know about windows and entrance doors. He answered all my questions.I thought he was very nice and knowledgeable. Installation crew was at my house 9 a.m. They showed up right on time. They were very nice also. They did a great job. I recommend Galaxy Windows to anyone who needs windows and wants quality and friendly service.
