Water Depot- KW

My company was approached by a senior who lives not far from our store. She lived alone and was very distressed when her current plumbing service no longer responded to her urgent need to have her RO system maintained. The original service did the maintenance on her system (after several calls to them!) but badly messed up. She was in tears when she approached us to assist. We sent Paul to help her out and give her purification system a once-over. She was so delighted with him, she actually gave him a hug after the job was finished! Kudos to Paul for a job well-done. We have used him since on several jobs, with the same positive feedback from customers.
