When our furnace broke down a week ago, I was hesitant to go with HighLife when I read the many negative reviews at Homestars. However, I was referred to Mr. Mario Ma by a colleague who was very satisfied with the service. Mr. Ma, the sales rep, was punctual when we met. He was very honest in assessing and explaining the need of a new furnace, instead of repairing the old one. Furthermore, he scheduled the installation within a few days. On the day of the installation, the installer came on time and started the work. And from the start to finish, they were very professional and thorough. No short cuts and even explaining what they were doing. True professionals! I read in the reviews that Highlife installer left a mess. Perhaps the other ones, but not this time. I hope that Highlife will continue to surpass this type of service for any issues that may occur in the future. This is how you distinguish your company from the rest, after sales warranty. I would strongly recommend anyone to deal with Mr. Mario Ma and request Kia & Sam to install your furnace/ac unit. I am very satisfied with their work.

December 5, 2016 This is the 3rd time that we called on Alpha Tech to service our garage door. We had to replace it, which was recommended a few years back and the company never pressured us to do so. However, when the tension spring broke this time, Jack repaired it so that we could still use it temporarily until the replacement door arrived. He did not charge us for the initial service call of $120.00 which he quoted me on the phone. From my past experience, other companies will certainly charge you for the first service call in addition to the subsequent installation fee. The installation was done professionally on the weekend and on time without any issues at all. The workmanship is excellent! I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Great job Jack! WTL

June 14, 2015 We purchased a Carrier AC unit from the Furnace Room in June of 2011. A few days ago, we discovered that there’s a leakage and the unit wasn’t cooling properly. I left a message with Mike Li (Owner/Manger) who sold us the unit 4 years ago, but never received a call back. However, after a few phone calls, I was able to speak with Christine on the weekend and she asked me to call back on Monday. Christine was very helpful, knew exactly the problem and scheduled the repair on the same day between 6-9 pm. Mark was the technician who arrived (with the replacement parts) at around 7 pm and inspected the unit. In his quiet demeanor, Mark was very professional and answers all my questions regarding the problem. He replaced the internal coil unit, which is under warranty and repair the leakage on the outside coil. He clean up and left after 2 ½ hours. I always believe that the “after service” is how you determine the reputation of a good company and NOT when they sell you the product. Good job and I will not hesitate to recommend you to my friends and co-workers.
