Very unhappy with this builder they forced us into a unfinished dirty home. The builder now gets 1 year to finish it properly and they abuse this. Essential after you get possession it is difficult to get things fixed as they only communicate to you by they warranty email. The builder misinformed about sq feet of the home and had to get lawyer involved to get barely anything back. Upon possession there are walls and baseboards in various stages of painting. The windows casing have glue and green tape throughout home.There are 7 windows with scratches and 2 glass inserts for stairwell with scratches. The stained maple raining has paint drips and poor paint cutting all over it. There was black tar in our carpet and a flooded basement carpet landing which the supervisor said was " unfortunate" and i had to clean on possession day for 2 hours. 5 cracked tiles and toilets that dont flush properly. Glass den doors that have 1 inch gap and dont close. They also installes 3/4 quartz in bathrooms instead of 1 1/4 quartz. The backplash is the wrong dye lot which is brown when we picked grey. Ive spent hours cleaning up after there trades and still waiting for them to fix the paint issues and had there painter in for 2.5 days. They have ceased all email communication with me and now i have to submit home warranty complaints

This home on possession had a filthy interior and exterior. Supervisor said interior was cleaned but there was dust everywhere. The dry was all crooked and attempted fixes were still crooked. Paint drips all over the place also on hardwood. The hardwood had scratches and dents throughout home. Basement window was open throughout entire build and basement was full of think dirt dust in every part of the basement which was not cleaned on posession. They screwed up the front veranda on previous builds which they continue onto my home. The rails and pillar trim are.interfering with each other. The front steps are nice but supervisors wants to replace cause rail is more then 4 inches from Pilar.he wants to replace with ugly ones which I said no too. Hopefully these.issues will be.resolved but.based on previous experiences I've heard about will not. I will go through the headache of the home warranty probably. Don't.use these people lazy cutting corners and head.company don't care.
