We had our porch roof redone by Integrity 2 years ago and used them again this summer to have our entire roof redone. Shay and his team were professional and his roofing team worked very hard to get the job done to high standards. We have a steep pitched roof, and our home is quite close to neighbouring homes so it was not an easy job. They were able to deal with all obstacles and were flexible and proactive. Given the rainy summer and the nature of the job, it took time to find a window of 3 days with no potential rain. Yulia and Shay kept us posted every week on when it would be possible to do the job to avoid weather issues. Would definitely recommend them.

I am very happy with the work that Invisible Tuckpointing did on our brick home. We had a problem with different coloured mortars that had been poorly applied in a large number of areas. Our home is over 100-years-old and I was concerned about hiring a mason who would make the brick and mortar look new. I like the character and age of my Edwardian home and wanted the repointing to reflect that. Mario and Sandy gave me exactly that and more: beautiful, careful, high quality workmanship that restored and enhanced the look of my home. The mortar now looks unified and tidy and suits the age of the brick. Mario selected a mortar color that was very close to what the original mortar color would have been. He also managed to impressively fix a number of problem areas on the bricks themselves. Before we selected Invisible Tuckpointing, we looked at the homes several tuckpointing companies had done, and the quality of Mario’s work was far beyond what anyone else was doing. Invisible did cost more than the other companies we received quotes from but, in this case, you get what you pay for and it was well worth it. They were reliable, professional, and took great pride in their excellent work. I would highly recommend them.

Thank you very much Agata. It was a pleasure dealing with you.

The masonry trade in Toronto, along with many other business sectors, is undergoing a process of deflationary economics; which means it's a buyer's market at the moment. It therefore makes sense that you were careful when reviewing all the options for this project, as there would have been a wider spread than previously between my price and the "general market".

There are reasons why I charge what I charge, and I am delighted that you've opted for the result that I produce. I always feel a sense of responsibility to deliver at a high-level and I keep my own feet to the fire, as you now know.

It means a lot to me that you were happy with the overall experience.

Again, thank you.

We hired Bravehart in 2009 to dig down, underpin and finish the basement of our semi-detached home. We met with several other contractors and Bill gave us a competitive quote and the most confidence that the job would be completed professionally and on time, so we chose Bravehart. We had had some negative experiences in the past with contractors and also had a 10 month-old baby, so we had some concerns about what the renovation process would be like. Bill and the Bravehart team did a great job. They gave us a specific timeline for the work that met our requirements and the job was completed very close to schedule (there was some additional foundation work that needed to be done and this could only be discovered once the foundation was exposed). Workers were on the job everyday and were professional, courteous and hard working. Bill was onsite everyday and managed the entire project. As a new mom, I was concerned about construction dust around our son, and Bill and the team did try to reduce the amount of dust in other areas of the house. The quality of the basement finishing is excellent – they laid hardwood, painted, installed pot lights, built a laundry room, and furnace closet and installed new windows and stairs. It looks beautiful now. We love our new basement! I would definitely use Bravehart again and recommend them without hesitation.

Agata, thanks for the lovely review. It is especially appreciated as we do try hard to keep sites clean, despite the ability of plaster dust to migrate. Working with your family was a pleasure for Bill. I know he appreciated the organizational skills of both you and your husband. Regards, Laura (for Bill)
