RB construction did an amazing job on my kitchen! face-lift. They offered recommendations and suggestions with explanation of everything. They laid everything out in detail on their invoice so there wasn't any surprises. These young men have old school souls, from mannerisms to the quality of their craftsmanship. Minor issues popped up and they still managed to fit things into the schedule. They are meticulous, problem solvers, crafty, knowledgeable, accommodating, accountable, and most importantly, they listen. If I ever win the lottery, Razorback will be remodeling my house! This company is difficult to contend by way of scheduling, unqualified workers, argumenive owner and people not listening. My order came to the house and they had installed an extra bank of drawers I didnt order. Then they gave me sink cupboards for regular cupboards that had no appropruate shelving, I had to explain and ask for shelves. Unfortunately they were very uneducated in kitchen design. My kitchen is approximately 2 years old and the cupboards are peeling.

I picked up paint samples, I wanted Stone Hearth 2 times they've given me smoky taupe. I call this morning to ask if I could bring it back. They said no that Smoky Taupe was Stone Hearth. I said well I go by the name on the swatch, which would mean you've given me this smoky taupe twice. The service clerk on the phone then says: " if you want to bring it in I could write Stone Hearth on it for you" This was completely rude and unnecessary! This store came highly recommended by the owners friends & I will never use them again!! I'm now letting my painters know to avoid this store, along with all my friends. Unbelievable
