I had a water heater from National. After acquisition of National by Reliance it came under Reliance. My water heater is old and inefficient. After calling to Reliance Customer Service they didn't show any intention of changing the water heater but I was told that my contract is over and I am paying for the maintenance service. Another service provider quoted less monthly payment and promised to change with brand new efficient water heater. When I changed my water heater from another provider and returned the old water heater, Reliance is asking $400 plus tax that is $465 towards the contract!! After calling Reliance their 'specialist' Ms. Ying came out saying that my contract is for 'THE LIFE OF THE WATER HEATER'. It is very tricky and I caution everyone to be careful dealing with such contract condition. 'Business is very competitive now'

We have done stamp concreting job through Anycrete. We could see that they are real professionals in stamp concreting. Job was nicely done. Due to severe winter condition the stamp concreting is susceptible for developing cracks and if these cracks are not repaired in time your money will be wasted. Thanks to HomeStar that we persuaded and owner Dumingo came himself and fixed the crack. After service is the backbone of any work done and it improves your reputation. Thanks Dumingo for job well done.
