Our awning stopped rolling in and we were worried the wind might come up and wreck the awning. We called Somfy and within 3 hours, a tech had arrived, replaced the remote control and everything worked perfectly. I would recommend Somfy to anybody. They were clean, professional and in and out.
We had our new pool installed and needed an electrician to come and hook everything up. My neighbour recommended Mike so we called. When Mike arrived he gave us pricing to install wiring for the pump, heater and pool bonding. Mike also told us we needed to stop the pool contractor right away so an inspection could be done on the pool bonding. We accepted his quote and within hours Nathan and Anthony arrived to bond the pool and hooked up our equipment. I took the next day off of work to meet with Mike and the inspector. Everything was good and we were allowed to continue. My husband was so impressed with their professionalism that he had them install some outside pot lights and a Sonos sound system so we could listen to music outside. I would not hesitate to call Connex Electric again in the future if the need arises and would recommend them to anyone.
