Paid for the service through their website. The unprofessional and organised employee called me at 10 and 11 pm on a work night, and must have asked me the same questions 2 to 3 times. My apointment was rescheduled/cancelled so many times I finally gave up/didn't even feel comfortable having these people in my home. I don't understand how they even have a 4 star rating - and any positive reviews (aside from paying for good reviews) STAY AWAY FROM THIS "COMPANY"
