Bought when there was a special on ottomans and basically saved on the taxes. The model fit all our needs: exact same fabric as our sofa (bought elsewhere), storage, and reasonable price. Opted to collect from warehouse as delivery was $99 and they said the item was too big to collect from store. Was not there myself, but was told everything went smoothly at pick-up. The product itself is of high quality, but the workmanship could be better: some of the screws on hinge are not flush. Just one major complaint - the unit STINKS! When we opened the lid, a chemical stench (wood treatment product?) hit us. This factory smell has made it impossible to use as a blanket box, as was the intention. The hope is that, in time, the smell will dissipate. We have tried febreeze, leaving lid open at night, and even airing out on balcony overnight. This helped lessen the smell but not eliminate it. Luckily, it only smells when you open it. Despite this, I would buy from them again as the price was good and item well-built.
