The project took much longer than promised. once most of the money was collected left unfinished. many subcontractors were not paid and were unhappy. Very difficult to reach him and never returned any calls or addressed any issues. Definatley do not recommend and be aware. If working with him do not pay him until all of the work is done to satisfaction.
