I have used Shepherd Renovations for several projects. 1. Bathroom makeover-tub surround, new floors, new vanity, new wall treatments. 2. New flooring throughout the house. 3. Creation of wine cellar and 4. Knob and tube re-wiring including building attic access and all repair and repainting. My experiences have been great. Shepherd renos cares as much my home as I do. Brent made sure to keep me up to date on any expense decisions and always had suggestions to reduce cost. He was happy to do what I asked but came up with ideas I hadn't considered. He saved considerable money on the wine cellar by researching ways to build cost effective wine storage and by sourcing inexpensive flooring. When faced with having to match a popcorn ceiling after the rewiring he suggested crown moulding instead. The result was much nicer and the cost the same. Sandy made sure the worksite was clean before leaving for the day. During the almost month long rewiring and wall repair I was not there during the day and would never have known how dirty a project it is. By the time I arrived home from work it was all cleaned up. They even put a drop cloth over my bunny cage!

Moved into an old home and need electrical work done. Dario came and did a knob and tube audit of the entire home and in doing so found some safety concerns. He spent the remainder of the day fixing any issues, even postponing other plans. He was great at explaining what needed doing and why.

Elvis, Gary and Joe were a fantastic team who made my multiple pick up move a dream. Friendly, courteous and fun but also very efficient! Came in under estimated time.
