We used this monthly service for many years are were very happy with their service initially, even at the premium price. The past couple of years, though, the service became much more routine and similar to any other landscaper. It was no longer a premium service. In fact, due to their poor maintenance we ended up with a city bylaw infraction. It turns out we are in danger of the same issue again this year. This is not 'premium' service.
