While we provided materials such as tiles and grout. Jasen covered all other materials and provided various samples for us to choose from. Jasen came prepared will all materials so there was no need for him to keep making visits to a hardware store. Jasen took his time and was very thorough with the work requested. Even though it took twice as long to complete Jasen didn't change his quote. We would recommend Jasen for any handyman job.

sheehans were very reasonable with their quote. the guy was very informative and knowledgable. the workman were efficient and tidy. i would highly recommend this company. we have more hot water and the heating is very efficient. he helped us with the eco rebate program.

we called three companies for quotes. only taves called us back and came round two days later with a tarp because we had a leaking roof. he brought round samples of shingles and underlsying materials. he brought round testimonials and business certificates. he did the work very quickly and everything was tidied away and the crew were good with neighbors. we are very happy and have no more leaks.

the sales staff were very helpful in the store. we ordered a soft closed toilet lid for which we weren't charged. they were aware of the mistake and said that they would wave the charge but when the toilet arrived it didn't come with the soft closed lid. they gave us a delivery date for our bathtub and toilet, vanity and kitchen sink. i called the morning of the arranged delivery. they told me that the bathtub would come the next day - unaccaptable as i had taken the day off of work. they called back to say that everything would be delivered the same day and they said that there would just be one guy and asked if i, as a female could help. the delivery guy arrived with no dolly and perhaps wasn't the best choice for the job and so i had to help him get the items off the truck, into the elevator and into our seventh floor appartment. my fingers were cut through this process.

we spent lots of time picking the flooring that we wanted. the sales associate was very helpful. when our contractor picked up the wood they gave us a different one which didn't look the same. they told our contractor that they could order what we wanted but the product that they sent they said was a better quality and more expensive product. it wasn't what we chose, we sent it back and the one that we wanted was sent. we had to pay our contractor for this delivery and change of product. what we have now looks great and we would choose this floor again. we would use floor depot again.

our appliances are great. we measured wrong and midland was very flexible about replacing the item with one that would fit. we wanted a very inexpensive dishwasher. the one that they helped us choose was not a great product and when it malfunctioned they told us that this was a common flaw with the product. we had to chase them to follow up with us, they tried to pass us off and didn't really take the time to resolve our issue. overall we were very happy with midland and we would use them again.
