We were looking for a good quality AC and a trustworthy installer. We were initially between Len (Temp-a-Sure) and another highly rated company and although the other company was significantly cheaper, Len was way more helpful and knowledgeable. - Len took a no b.s approach, he was transparent and only told us exactly what we needed (whereas other guys tried to upsell us on a bunch of stuff that made no sense). - Len's technician who came by to have a look was VERY GOOD. He knew his stuff and had a courteous manner. - Whereas other companies Tech's were scratching their head about the install, Len's tech said it would be no problem at all. Needless to say, we went with Len (Temp-a-Sure) because they offered way more trust. Well, we couldn't be happier with the installation or support so far. Len makes himself available at all times and the installation was done with an incredible amount of precision and care. Seriously, if you're even thinking of having any type of work done, these are your guys. Will be working with them going forward. A+

We had an absolutely gigantic Manitoba Maple in our backyard, with a very large limb which spanned 2 neighbouring yards. We had been attempting for the past few months to book an Arborist to come out and give us a quote on some heavy trimming and maintenance. It was a nightmare, most companies we spoke to were either completely unresponsive or outrageously priced. Then, the worst thing that could have happened, happened. The limb broke and fell into our neighbours yards. That week we spent entirely stressed out, attempting to contact every Arborist under the tree (get it?). Julian, was recommended through a friend. In a nutshell, not only was he by far the most responsive and polite on the phone but he was also the quickest to get us back a quote. The quote was, amongst the top 3 in terms of "reasonable" for the work. Julian and his crew could not have been more careful, polite, dilligent and brilliant. My wife spent the entire day watching them work from our up-stairs window, it was nothing less than MASTERY. They were honest and did everything they could to ensure as little damage as possible, which mind you was no easy task! In the end. We and our neighbours could not be any happier. Hire them NOW, you will not go wrong.
