JNS seemed to be selective with which phone calls he returned. When I called to report a leak in one of the pipes he called back within 10 minutes, but other calls took up to 4 days to return. The quality of the work was excellent. I was trying to get government grants, but he was slow to act on the information I needed, but if the call pertained to his company he was very quick to return my call. I did get the information I needed but it was right down to the wire.
