We had our front porch and steps done almost four years ago, and Was completely satisfied in how the job turned out, and proud to show off my new entry to all the neighbours! Last week, Frank was in the area and stopped by for the second time since the job was done to inspect how everything was holding up and again offer helpful advice (and a discount) on what we need to do to maintain the steps and porch through the seasons to keep it looking it's best. Really appreciate someone who doesn't just get the job done, but cares about his work after the fact...well I never had any problems thru the experience I know if I did Frank would be there to listen! Can't say enough, if you're thinking of getting this type of work done, do not hesitate!

We had 8 windows replaced plus front door (with screen door and sidelight) as well as backyard sliding patio doors, and the only thing I'm unsure of is which one I like better! From the salesman (Alan) to the installer (Scott) our experience was A++++++ -- there is nothing else either of them could gave done to make the experience any better. Follow up for final measure happened when we were told, and windows arrived exactly in the timeframe given. Installation did take four days but the quality of workmanship and details in how each window was finished was superb. Every day I came home from work the place was spotless...no garbage, trim, old windows, etc left on job site even for a day, everything cleaned up immediately. Can't say enough, would highly recommend!
