It’s not often consumers are lucky enough to find a contractor with good old fashioned values like honesty, integrity and commitment to Customer satisfaction. The Port Credit Painting Company is such a contractor; in fact their motto says it all, “We’re not happy until you are” ... and they live up to it. I hired Jared Finch and his team of professionals to take up old broadloom, replace doors throughout, refurbish the hardwood floors, install quarter round molding and repaint the entire house. Jared consulted with me on every aspect of the job; selection and purchase of materials and fixtures were made only after my review and approval. As the work progressed I identified a number of additional tasks; a plumbing problem was revealed when the bathroom floor was taken up, electrical outlets and switches needed to be replaced, I asked for sixty year old (non functional) wall heating vents to be removed and the wall and baseboards refinished; finally, two doors were replaced, one with an archway and another with an interior French door. Everything I asked for was incorporated into the work plan and completed at a very reasonable price to my complete satisfaction. An important note! Jared was onsite, hands on and asking for feedback every day for the duration of the job! I recommend this company highly and without hesitation. A rating of 10+ doesn’t seem high enough. J. I contacted Matt on the recommendation of a neighbour. He called back quickly and we scheduled an appointment. He arrived on time, assessed the situation, asked me what I wanted and went out to purchase a new sink and piping etc. He did not ask for any money up front. He came back in the late afternoon and completed the job thoroughly in approximately two hours. Before he left he gave me a few pointers on using the sink over the first couple of days. Matt is a young man but he has traditional values when it comes to customer service and satisfcation. He's also a man of his word and I respect that. I recommend him highly.
