I had been looking into a water softening system for our home for some time. I had a few quotes, which I thought were outrageously high (one quote was for over $3200 for the same system I paid $1350 for). I came across Purisoft's website which had the Chlor-A-Soft system listed with pricing. I called Tom and he quickly confirmed the price and a time to come in to install. He arrived on-time, and in no time the system was installed. The price was exactly as he had committed to. Tom was honest, competent and service oriented. Definitely a recommend.

I highly recommend Novel Care Inc. I called because I wanted a second opinion on a repair of our boiler system. Novel Care had someone come to our house within hours of my call. They sent a very qualified master technician, Gary who correctly diagnosed the issue and saved us a ton of money. The other company said we needed to re-pipe the entire system and they quoted over $1500 to do this. Novel Care, gave an correct and honest assessment of the issue (simply bleed the system of air). I will continue to use and recommend Novel Care for our maintenance and repair of our boiler system.
