Contacted Santiag's to complete a bedroom paint job. Came in and did a great job with a complete clean-up. Didn't ask for the money until we were completely satisfied. He even helped us tape and mud a section of ceiling in our laundry room for minimal costs... you can't even see where the damage was now.
We needed to replace our roof in 2007 and decided to get a few quotes. Darren Peters from Gentry Roofing was recommended by some people in the neighbourhood. Mike reviewed the roof and area and assured us that the area was not a serious problem with a minor fix. The roof is still in great condition after 9 years and several harsh winters. Mark and Brie were on-time with the bucket truck and chipper and safety equipment. They worked well and efficient to trim our maple tree that is over 50 ft. high in terms of trimming and supporting to offshoot limbs with the main trunk. They explained what they were doing and ensuring that I was on-side.
