Extremely satisfied with the driveway sealing! I contacted this company based on the amazing Google reviews and I was not disappointed. Pero went above and beyond...aside from being a wide two car garage, I also needed sealing to cover behind a fence, under the fence, a bit of the backyard area, and a side section beside my garage. I asked for the world and Pero did it without any hesitation and it looks AMAZING! He even poured some sealing paint in a glass jar for us to do any touch ups we may need after it dries. Pero is truly a professional. He cares about doing a perfect job, everything was properly taped and sealing covered all edges without any mess. I am now a customer for life for all my driveway sealing needs with Pero, and will definitely recommend him to everyone.

Amazing company and service team! If I could, I would have given this company a 20/10 because they really went above and beyond. I got 4 IP (exterior) cameras installed around my property but it was not an easy task to install. One of the cameras was installed in my detached garage, which made things more complicated because they could not do direct wiring from my house. However, they found a solution to everything. They were able to install my garage camera via WAP and a POE switch, in other words through my internet connection. All my 4 cameras are connected to an NVR box, and I can also see the cameras through my phone and laptop. The install was very clean and carefully installed. In terms of the service, what an amazing team! My neighbour had used this company for his residential building and was very pleased with the service. They were punctual, professional, and they truly provide customer service. A huge "THANK YOU" to Ciaran and Jason who did a fantastic job installing everything. Super patient and professional with all my questions and glitches. They did not leave until they made sure everything was properly installed, and I was happy and comfortable with the system. This duo was truly amazing, they did not rush this project and they took their time going through everything with me. I'd also like to point out that Ciaran and Jason were always friendly, smiling, and genuinely cared. I also had a chance to chat with them when they were installing, and they shared that they love working at Protection Plus because this company treats them really well. This is truly reflective in their work and professionalism. We had some "techy" issues which would have frustrated the heck of me...but they were calm, always friendly, and extremely professional in troubleshooting. I'll definitely contact Protection Plus for any additional security needs I may have in the future. You can count on them to do the job right! (And if they do come back, I hope Ciaran and Jason come back - the fantastic duo!)

I am so HAPPY I found this company and I highly recommend for all your fence, deck, outdoor wood needs! Alex is your main contact, and he treats you like a family member. From the first time I contacted him to inquire, he immediately replied back and came by to give me a quote. Super friendly, professional, and honest in providing his opinion on what could be fixed and what needs to be repaired. He's punctual, arranged the "one-call digging" immediately, and would replied back immediately via text or call to follow-up on any questions I had prior to the start of the project. Since last year's May windstorm and all the recent wind, my fence has really taken a toll. My fence looked in good shape, but there were areas that were old, and some posts were broken and loose. It's important to note that I have a fence in a concrete/asphat area, all the more difficult to remove and replace. Initially the project involved completely replacing a 5 section fence which was going to fall any moment. I was able to modify the original design as they worked away (i.e. making the fence higher for additional privacy, etc). Seeing the "amazing" end results with this job, I added more additional items - replacing 5 fence posts in other areas of my property, and 3 wooden planter boxes. ..And I'm sure I'll think of more jobs for this company to come back! In the photos I've attached, the first 3 photos are finished projects and the last 3 photos show the before. One thing to note is that my old fence posts were not installed properly, you can see the concrete on top all cracked and they were not deep enough below ground which is why some sections were starting to slant. I was worried that removing these posts would damage my driveway asphalt, but as seen on the photos, they did a really clean job and the concrete is at level with the ground. Overall, I'm very happy with this company and I will now only use this company for all my fence, deck, and wooden outdoor job needs. Thank you Alex and team!

Eldin and the team are simply AMAZING! I've been using this company for the past 5 years or so (I keep having additional work for them), and I wouldn't doubt in calling them again and referring. They've now officially completed all the eaves aluminum work on my property: 1. 4-5 years ago they did the eaves/soffit/fascia aluminum work on a deck roof extension and I was highly impressed by the workmanship and professionalism. 2. The following year I called them back to complete all the eaves aluminum work for the entire house. 3. Yesterday, I got the eaves aluminum work done for my detached garage. The end results - AMAZING! Not to mention that Eldin and the team are very professional, friendly, and committed to every job. After last year's wind storm, I was really worried about the state of my shingles and overall house roof condition. Yesterday, while they were onsite installing the eaves for my garage, I asked them if they could go up on my house roof and deck roofs to make sure everything was ok. They had no problems going up and in fact ended up repairing a missing shingle and adding some caulking. These are the little things that are a big bonus for homeowners. It's really appreciated that they genuinely care and want to make sure their customers are satisfied. I would not doubt in calling Eldin and the team again. I'm extremely happy with all the eaves work they've done on my house.

Fantastic work! I could not be more happy with my new electrical panel and the piece of mind of having my panel installed properly. I had moved into this house 9 years ago and was told that the electrical panel was updated - it looked new to me so I assumed it was done right. I never touched the electrical work, but sure enough we found out recently that the wiring to the panel was not done properly and was deemed unsafe. I contacted Hotwire and was really impressed by the great reviews. The process was seemless - Anna walked me through the process, and made all the arrangements necessary with Toronto Hydro to book the service. Tyler, the electrician, was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. I really appreciated that he was careful and thorough in doing a proper assessment. We discussed my options and he also recommended installing a power surge for further protection. The day of the install, Tyler arrived with his team and they were quick to get started. Once all completed, he reviewed what was done, how things work in case of any issues, and he also provided me with some helpful tips. I should also mention that they arranged for an Inspector with the Electrical Safety Authority (ESA) to certify the electrical work done, and was provided with an official certificate. I would definitely recommend this company. They're on my contact list for any future electrical needs.

I only have positive things to say about Burl-Oak Landscaping! The crew finished my backyard patio and side entrance patio in 1 day - this includes excavating, electrical conduit trench, gravel leveling, rerouting my weeping tile, and patio stone install. I had quotes from other companies that suggested taking a week and manual shoveling. The process was seamless with Burl-Oak Landscaping and painless in working as efficiently as possible. They had a team of 10 come in and get the job done efficiently. There was a supervisor onsite and the owner was also present to ensure all my questions were answered and the job was done right. The crew was friendly, professional, all in uniform, and they were very accommodating to our requests. I have to thank Lou'Ay, Michael, Mark and the entire crew for doing such a great job. There are many independent contractors willing to do the job at a cheap price, but you really need to hire a reputable company that know what they're doing and will stand behind their product. Seeing the amazing reviews from past customers made me feel confident in choosing this company and I don't regret it.

I was fortunate to come across this company; they were pruning my neighbour's trees and I came by to see if they could take a look at my two gigantic pine trees. I was so pleased, they came by right after and they did the work on the spot. These tree required major pruning/removing large dead branches. They over exceeding our expectations; they were very careful to not damage surrounding plants, and they made sure the branches being cut did not affect our neighbour's property. I really recommend this company - I would not hesitate to contact them again for future tree pruning needs.
