I found Lane - Able Property Inspections - through google and he was nothing but prompt and professional. He was able to inspect the condo the next day and for a price better than any competitor. It was a foreclosure so there were many small issues that Lane addressed and wrote a comprehensive report on. I received the full report complete with pictures the same day! I would recommend Lane to any of my friends or family and will call him for homes in the future. Thank you!
