He answered all of my questions. He was personable, professional, and very friendly. The installation team - Kevin and John - did a fabulous job. They also were very professional, friendly and personable. They answered all of my questions. They cleaned up the worksite after they had finished. Outstanding. I couldn't have asked for a better team - from Morgan (the sales agent) to Kevin and John (the technicians). Kevin responded to our phone call very quickly; he made an appointment for the next day. He was very punctual, professional and very personable. He explained what he was doing whenever I asked him. He keyed in on the problem in a very systematic manner. He promptly fixed the leak and tested to see if there were other problems. I definitely will use him for any plumbing services that I need.
