Our initial impression was good. Installation went smoothly and finished look was great. Lilla came off professional and honest. However, the material used was not meant for a high traffic area. It was likely a clearance product that ended up failing as the vinyl flooring began to lift and buckle at its seems. I found out later we overpaid for material. No response from Z & G. Don't trust their "warranty" policy as they don't seem to have one or return calls. Most disappointing is that they did not have our long term satisfaction in mind. If they did, they would have advised us better. They knew what they were installing and they knew it would fail within a year. Not even a year later, and it was a complete waste of money as we have to redo the floors in our children's centre. You can find a more honest and reputable company. They did not set the bar high for us. We had a better screening process this time around. Regardless of who you use, we highly recommend NOT to use Z & G.
