This company renewed our faith in contractors. They were dependable, respectful and completed the job in a timely manner whilst respecting our home. The crew worked diligently on our 130 year old Victorian home and completed the job within the time frame that was given. We would use them again for future jobs and have no issues giving them a reference.
We contact Dan [last name removed--Ed] because he was used on Holmes on Homes. He described himself as reliable however, he proved to be a total jerk who did a terrible job on our home. His apprentice did the whole job and made numerous mistakes that another plumber had to fix. All of the hot and cold taps are mixed up. This was pointed out to [last name removed-- Ed] but apparently he doesn't stand behind his work. He simply didn't care and gave attitude when the problems were pointed out. We would NEVER recommend him to anyone. Truly this contractor is not a professional and should be avoided. The other contractors that were in our home at the same time also found him difficult to work with and several said he has a bad reputation.
