Brittany and her team were fantastic. I needed to replace my brick Window Sills and Great Wall Masonry were fast to respond with a detail description of work. It was clear they honest and did not cut corners. I love the thick stone used on my new sills and appreciate the single long piece for a wider window. Other contractors wanted to use 2 pieces with a seam in the middle or a concrete sill, which I didn't like. The crew treated my place as their own and took a lot of care with their work including doing extra things to ensure I get a good result and great clean up. They were great to talk to and answered my many questions. The final product looks amazing, I highly recommend them.

From the site tour to touch ups, Brandon from Primetime was a true professional! He came prepared with everything he needed on time and got the job done in 3 days. He even made sure to do additional touchups as needed to ensure it looked perfect. Great job and I'd recommend Brandon to anyone for a great experience, excellent finishing and friendly demeanour!

I first hired Dan to upgrade my panel then got him to rewire nearly my entire house. I'm going through a major renovation so the work was extensive but Dan worked fast and was always on time which is rare during the pandemic. He kept me in the loop with progress and was easy to contact throughout. He's extremely knowledgeable and found sensible solutions without delays especially when I needed wiring routing done in a specific way to make room for other unfinished reno work (plumbing & duct locations). With all the curveballs from this pandemic it's nice knowing that my house electrical was done properly and is up to code with the ESA approval.

Ehsan and his crew were fantastic. They were very responsive, reasonably priced, and clearly much more experienced than all of the other contractors I talked to in terms wall removal and beam/post installation. The scope of work was to remove a long load bearing wall and replace a LVL beam and new posts. Install a flush 2x8 beam to open a door way with new posts. Dig through the basement floor to install a new concrete footing & post to support the LVL beam on the main floor. Ehsan and his crew arrived on time every day, gave detailed updates and finished ahead of schedule. They found an issue early on with a drain pipe passing through the new footing location but Ehsan talked to my engineer and quickly came up with a solution with no time lost. They arrived on Monday and finished on Thursday with the final building inspection approved on Friday morning. The entire team were easy to talk to and answered all of my questions. I especially appreciate that they notified me when to call the building inspector including an early inspection for the new footing prior to pouring the concrete. This was something that other contractors I spoke to didn’t even mention was required. I highly recommend these guys, the quality of work exceeded my expectations and I even noticed they added extra support for posts beyond the original drawings for wherever it made sense to. I am very happy to have gone with Ehsan for this project.

Mohammad did an amazing job. He completed the necessary floor plans for my house which included removal of multiple walls, relocating the kitchen, and adding a shower into a 2-piece bath. Mohammad was very responsive with editing the drawings as per the city's comments through the permit application process. He also communicated well with the contractor when we found some potential issues when digging the basement concrete for a new footing. I am very happy the service as he worked extremely fast especially when modifications or recommendations were required during the renovation process.

Dino came to install potlights in our condo (in shower & hallway) and a new dimmer switch. Due to our layout this wasn't straight forward but Dino did an amazing job with the install and connecting them to the switches we wanted. The bathroom was a clean install job with a new shower light connected to a new dimmer switch. The hallway light was more complicated as we wanted it controlled by a switch on a different wall, Dino took the time to explain that he'd need to cut out drywall for this to work and even gave us an alternative option to avoid any drywall cutting. I didn't mind fixing the drywall afterward so he went ahead with our original request. After this was done he even reattached the cut drywall so there's only some plastering left for me to do. It was also clear that he kept the drywall cutting to a minimum, I'm sure another electrician would have made many more holes for this to work. He's extremely friendly and great to talk to. It was clear that he paid attention to his work and treated our place as if it was his own home. He also went out of his way to fix other problems that wasn't part of the original request such as replacing a faulty switch, removing a broken wall light and installing a plastic cap while we get the light fixed or replaced. I highly recommend Dino and I'll definitely he contacting him again for future work.

Wiring in a condo is more difficult than wood construction homes. The ceiling is always concrete so some requests such as relocating a ceiling light box is not possible without cutting concrete(which may not be allowed because of structurally compromising the building structure). But there is an alternative. Boxes can be relocated by using a product called wiremold. This is a product that is installed on the surface of the concrete like pipe work.
In this case I added slim panel LED over the bath tub and hallway of the residence by using the drywall drop ceiling.
Thank you for the opportunity to show my trade experience in your house.
