You buy an alarm system from them and they tell that when you leave the system will be yours. But they locked it out preventing other company from reusing most of the expensive components like the GSM module. Even when you called them to ask to release the system the will not release the GSM card or the programming off the GSM module.

The level of incompetence of the company, I had a brand new furnace installed by this company. The technician that did the installation that did the installation didn't even make sure that everything was working. The UV Filter and the humidifier wasn't installed properly. Called for service when I start receiving email about a furnace error. the technician said that he couldn't find any problem to call back if the furnace stops working. Call for service for the humidifier, when I start seeing that the humidifier wasn't working. The technician that came to fix the humidifier, found that the humidifier was connected properly and then inspecting the rest of the furnace found out that the UV filter was missing a part and hadn't been working since installation. He couldn't fix the UV Filter he didn't have the part. The third technician that came after the part was received, he installed the part and looked at the error message and cleared all the error message and told to call back if the furnace stop working. Start getting the error messages again and the response for the customer agent, will give you an appointment in a week but call us back if the furnace stop working. They properly outsourced the call center in India and they can't figure that we are in the middle of winter. After the new furnace died on the coldest day of the winter and the technician could get the part in time because he missed is service appointment window twice and the part supplier was closed. I had to stay in a cold house to make sure that no pipe would burst. Now after almost 10 month with a furnace / AC from unreliable reliance. The system is still not fully functioning.

I had to get lawn cutting due to an injury, the quality of the service was pathetic border not cut properly along sidewalk, grass cutting left on walkway and driveway, Invoice where never send and they damaged the border between lawn and flower bed. The border had survived 2 summers before the partial summer with lawn troopers.
