Worst service and terrible cleaning. Hired Sparkle to clean our apartment before the final walk through with the landlord and from the start it was a terrible experience. Rude employees, horrible cleaning and no effort to assist with our dissatisfaction. We ended up paying an additional $300 to have the cleaning done properly and only ever received excuses from Sparkle about why things were not done. Eg. didn't clean the appliances although that direction was specifically provided when we booked the service.
