Simon and his team did a great job. Simon covered all the details and had a very competitive price. He delivered on everything he said he was going to do and he did it even faster than I expected. He helped us choose top quality materials. His team installed the roof and the results are excellent. They cleaned up so well after the job was finished. Nick and Pat responded to my call in less than 24 hours. Nick explained up front what was required. I approved the job and Nick and Pat went to work. They answered all my questions. They were courteous and very professional. The work was done quickly and now meets code requirements. Having dealt with previous contractors for similar jobs I highly recommend Nick and his assistant Pat as they are both competent and knowledgeable. My family and I can now sleep peacefully at night not having to worry about gas leaks.

A couple of months ago we purchased Lennox furnace, AC and water heater units from Spring Home Heating and Cooling Systems. Working with the Spring Home team was a streamlined worry free process. Cy explained everything and was able to show me how technology has improved over the years. His excellent product and industry knowledge was impressive. He took the time to answer my detailed questions. Cheryl responded to our logistics questions quickly and in a friendly manner as we had to coordinate the install with some other contractors doing some work on our house. The installers - Peter, Victor and Wilson were very courteous and professional and got the job done in a day even though I had a few questions for them also. They left the basement much cleaner than it was before they arrived. We are also very happy with the units we purchased. They look good and function well. We did a lot of product research beforehand. We chose Spring Home to do business with because they had the right balance of professional people, quality product and after sales support. We did encounter other companies during our search but they were lacking in one or more of these areas. Spring Home had the complete package and that is why we went with them.
