I had a toilet leaking that needed replacement gasket, bolts, etc. Cory was the lowest price of the three who originally replied to the query on Homestars. Cory was on time and did the job quickly and well. He wore a mask before entering the house, too.

Washer wouldn't drain on a long weekend, so figuring something was wrong with the pump I used the service request form on Top Tech's website to get it repaired right away. I guess they guys missed the email due to the long weekend, but when I called later on Tuesday they scheduled me in first thing Wednesday. Top Tech arrived on time and examined the washer, determined that the pump was broken, and was able to source and install the replacement by Wednesday afternoon. Price was as discussed with no surprises. I'd definitely recommend.

We had a leaking crack in our basement and got quotes from several waterproofing places. Eugene assessed it from Royal Work, was knowledgeable and had the lowest price, and could also do the work within a couple of days. Anatoli and helper arrived exactly on time. They were conscientious regarding our existing landscaping and fence. They got the repair done quickly and restored everything as it was. We are very satisfied with their work.

We have a leaking skylight and contacted Mr Roof Repair based on the reviews here. Over the phone they thought that they would be able to fix it pretty easily. On the scheduled date they were late (had given a 2:30-5:30 pm window) and did not call, I had to call for an update. They ended up being about half an hour after their window. Once they started work they did a pretty thorough investigation and determined that the seal on the skylight was gone. They resealed the skylight as a temporary fix but recommended that the skylights be replaced. They sent an assessment report with photos of what was done, which is handy.
