An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

Willing to spend over an hour on the phone with my husband and me to review all of his proposed options and suggestions. He is very clear in conversation and we felt at the end that we knew what the best choice was for us. This was particularly important at a distance of 2500+ miles! * Prompt, timely. * Neighbours had used TechPro a couple of years before and also spoke well of the company. * Good relationships with my lovely tenants and made things as easy for them as possible. I imagine it would have been the same had I been living there! * I would do business with them again in a heartbeat -- but I don't have any other roofs to be done!
