I chose Magic Windows for three reasons: 1. Their high quality product 2. Their casement windows opened in a way that I could wash them from inside 3. The windows opened without using cranks. My husband and I initially ordered 6 custom windows. One of these windows was particularly difficult to manufacture, but they built it exactly as we had requested. We were so pleased with every window and their installation that we've ordered two more. We built our passive solar house 37 years ago and are replacing our old windows. We will be ordering from Magic Windows again.
