I would strongly advise against using The Castle Group. The number of things our home inspector (Richard) missed is staggering. He missed things that were visible to the naked eye, namely efflorescence on indoor exposed brick (a sure fire sign of water damage!), unvented toilets (the pipe is literally dangling unattached in the basement!) and an updated electrical panel without a sticker (aka not done to code!). It was our first home purchase so we had to place our trust in Richard...and he let us down tremendously. We paid over asking because he gave the house a glowing report. It all has left us with a terrible feeling, not to mention financial hardship. Bottom line: don't use this company.

This company is very unprofessional and extremely expensive. It is frustrating because it is one of the companies LG recommends for repairs. So far they have come twice to 'fix' my stove. It was supposed to be simple - one element wasn't working. That was fixed at the first appointment, however the "hot stove" light remained on constantly. For the second appointment, I waited over five hours for the technician to show up. By the time the technician left at 7:30pm Friday evening - my entire stove wasn't working and the technician muttered something about needing "another part". So far, the cost to replace one element was a whopping $450.00 and I am going on three days without a stove. It seems like there are some suspicious business practices going on. LG should rethink their relationship with this pathetic company. I certainly won't be buying LG appliances when it comes time to replace ours.
