So I called for an inspection but was told I had to catch one first. I caught 7 fleas within a day. I just moved into my place and it has a carpet. I have no pets. The woman came in saw them and said yup- fleas. She was perplexed on how they could be there since I don't have a pet. She said they could come in on someones clothing. This didn't help my situation because my landlord already didn't want to pay for it. The Orkin website said you can fleas if the previous tenant had a pet and they live in the carpet. She had a cat. Before the inspector left I asked her if there was anything I should do. She said to move the furniture away from the walls, so I did. She came. She sprayed. 10 days later- I'm covered with flea bites again. I called the company and they said- well did you follow the prep sheet? What prep sheet? I didn't receive a prep sheet. So she spoke with her manager and they said they would give me a 20 percent discount. EXCUSE ME? I don't even have a pet- it's been ten days. Clearly the job wasn't done thoroughly. Who in there right mind would pay a company to come back to do what they did wrong again? so I can call in another 10 days and be like they are still here?

The wrong parts were ordered and when questioned about why box was open the rep said it's fine. Brought it home. Parts were missing and it was the wrong part altogether and some of it was damaged. When buying asked where parts were made they said Italy, the box and parts said china. Brought the stuff back. Huge waste of time and money. Brought it back. Huge hassle returning. They over charged us originally and didn't want to give us that money back. The sales man was rude and said "oh whatever" and walked away. They said everything would be difficult to fix. No acknowledgement that they were wrong, no apology, no help. Had to pay our plumber on top.
