I've used Able Property Inspections for 4 properties over the the last two years. The reports that I've received have been detailed, well explained and provide picture evidence to explain every issue. I also really appreciate the use of the 'thermal' scanner, or whatever that is called, to help identify water issues. I'll continue to use Lane for my future inspections.
