Unsatisfactory customer service. Their technician did not clean vacuum. When used in our home, soot was dispersed throughout our family room. It has taken hours to clean, still more to do and brand new toys for our infant son will most likely have to be thrown away. The return of cost of cleaning does not cover our collateral expenses.
