Fall-Winter 2008 . Good for design & product choice support. Expensive but quality products. Lots of re-work on workmanship, with limited improvement. Had to re-paint, re-seal, and completely re-do wall tiles. Did re-work without complaint, but were unable to get improved subcontractor quality even with the re-work. Looks fine rom a distance, but not the 'oasis of calm' I intended to spend over 20 grand to create. Friendly throughout though.

We appreciate the feedback and endeavor to meet our customer's expectations. We would like to assure future customers that the cost of a renovation can sometimes be adjusted when a budget is brought forward and alternate products can be suggested. In this case we were not given that feedback at quote signing. Our intent is to provide quality complete home renovations with products that stand the test of time. When we are called back to attend to deficiencies, we do so as quickly as we can and we pride ourselves on maintaining an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau which means we have no outstanding issues with customers who have brought issues forward to us.
