Warning! I would not build with this builder. My original move in date was Dec. 2014 and although I have taken occupancy in Jan. I still have not been able to take ownership and it's June 2015! Of course they are collecting rent from me even though my house is still incomplete. To top it off the admin. staff as well as their warranty staff is the most disorganized staff and has made error after error.
