As one of the highest priced providers in the industry who sells their exceptional service we were greatly disappointed. They misrepresented their time frame to complete, damaged our tile area, left surface streaks from poor instal then completely disregarded their promise to review with us and just charged us the overall balance. To note along the way they missed items in the quote that they added in later and nickled and dimed for further excessive costs once we had committed our available time for them to do the job. This went direct to ownership with a promise they would review and reply and they didn't even both corresponding, no matter evaluate taking responsibility for their damage during the job or any compensation to cover. You pay a lot more and get less in the end. All about the money here without concern for final product.
