I had an issue at my home because of flooding from the unit above me. The building management and above condo was not willing to fix the damage at first. The job that was done was not great work. So I called for an inspection and Andrew Dixon with Mike Holmes Inspection gave me a very complete understanding of the repair issues that were not dealt with properly.
