Although he wasn't able to meet his self established deadline, the work was exceptional. Attention to detail and willingness to work with me was greatly appreciated. His honesty is above reproach. He built a fabulous home!

Radiantec was very helpful and their products were high quality. My only complaint was that some information was assumed when we talked and not knowing the system, I failed to order some items that needed to be purchased later.

Wood floor was beautiful, shipping was good, but...floor was not to expectations. Finish scratched very easily, even during installation. NO comparison to typical prefinished materials. Had to sand and refinish entire project before move in.

$3,500.00
What could this company do to improve their services?
This flooring should not be advertised as a "durable" hardwood floor.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
Be prepared to refinish the project even though it looks good in the box.
