Great Online-Only Garden Centre
A different concept in garden centres-all the orders are done online or by phone, there is no storefront. This allows for about a 15% cost savings from a traditional garden centre (based on my price comparisons). The customer service was excellent, the people on the phone were awesome in helping me identify what trees/shrubs to buy. Delivery was cheap (approx $20) and on-time. The warranty service is also great-one of my trees wasn't quite the quality I was hoping for and they were very apologetic, came back to pick it up for free and promptly refunded me my money (they also offer an exchange option). Overall I highly recommend this company!

Calgary Trusted Cleaners did a great job cleaning my home, plus the prices were very competitive and the customer service was excellent. They also brought all their own supplies and equipment, which I appreciate. What more could you ask for in a cleaning company? I highly recommend them. Booked my first service with this company in November 2015. First impression was great, the person who came to my house to do the free quote was very helpful (Erin). The cleaners who completed the service were prompt and friendly. The cleaning took much longer than it should have (based on my own experience cleaning the house and using other companies in the past). Also, some of the things I asked for were not done. One of the cleaners appeared to be training the other one as they worked so I think this contributed to the longer time. When I communicated my feedback to the company they were very helpful. Erin offered me a $20 discount on my next clean to make up for the issues. I scheduled another service for Nov 30. No one showed up. When I called the company no one answered so I left a voicemail. I had no call back so I followed up with an email a couple days later, again no response. I originally decided to go with this company based on all the great reviews on this site. Unfortunately, my experience was a negative one. For all people who may be thinking about using this company in the future please be aware that their reliability and quality of service are questionable.
