We bought our house knowing the basement needed to be renovated. The interior designer who drew the plans recommended Optimus Renovations to us. After a free consultation with Mark we got started. Some of the designed finishes were complex and Mark did an excellent job on them. Our new open basement concept required new steel beams to be put in (Mark's architect explained the need for stronger support beams once we went with an open concept), leveling the floors, new ceramic tiling, complete electrical work, drywall and some build-in cabinetry. The job was done right and on time as promised. We were informed of every step, and that was a great experience for us.
