I had a condo to stage but the condo lighting was so old that it was not doing it justice so I shopped around for an electrician and did not have much luck in the customer service department until I phoned Rico Electric - I spoke with Shiv, the manager and he sent out on of his guys who did all the light fixtures I needed quickly and efficiently and with no mess at all. My clients were thrilled and it helped me stage the condo without worrying anymore about the outdated lighting.

I am a home stager in Toronto and recently asked Alex from Creative Painting to assist me with a condo downtown. My clients had lived in this condo for the last 12 years and the wallpaper that existed was there before they were. It was a huge job but Alex and his team removed the old wall paper and repainted all walls in a week, which was right on schedule and also stayed true to the quote. The condo looked like new after they were finished and assisted me in staging for a huge sale!

The laminate counter top in my client's condo was cracked and needed repairing in order for them to sell the condo. As a home stager, I suggested that we get the counter top fixed and so I called Greg and he came and gave my clients an estimate, which was below my expectations..........he came back and finished the job in one day and also did their father's house in the condo below. The counter tops look like new and both my clients, the realtor and myself were extremely pleased. Greg is on my referral list for life!
