We looked at several window companies and were surprised by how difficult it was to find a company that could provide a total solution. We wanted to maintain the character of our 65 year old home but replace the original windows with vinyl ones. Fortunately, we discovered Homestars.com and were encouraged by the positive reviews about Brock Doors and Windows. The sales rep., Walter, was very professional and did not pressure us into making a decision. He listened and then offered a couple of suggestions for our consideration. Walter urged us to visit the Brock showroom in Brampton so that we could view all of the products. This was an excellent idea because we ended up changing our minds about the style of windows we wanted. It actually ended up saving us money! The installation went flawlessly. The two installers, Emery and Casius, installed 17 windows in a day and a half, took all of the old windows and packaging away and left everything spotless. They were very thoughtful and courteous too! We are thrilled with our new windows and will definitely recommend Brock Doors and Windows in the future.

Peter, did a super job. He recommended a certain computer which was delivered to me via Canada Post. After numerous attempts to download files it crashed!! Peter took my new computer and returned it to the manufacturer and upgraded the model. He downloaded, cleaned up and transfered files to my new computer. I would have no hesitation in recommending his services. He is first rate!!

When I went to NineClouds to review various king box sets the salesperson was very professional. He did not push me into buying, but help me compare various models at a resaonable price. I was so impressed I ordered on the spot and delivery was within the next 3-5 days. The deliver man took his shoes off and wore those "paper feet" when he assembled the king box set. I would use them again!! I am in the process of looking for a double bed + headboard box set and would not hesitate and travelling all that distance from North Toronto. Peter
