After having trouble with the installation of our roof by another company we reached out to Over the Top roofing and they came within a few hours to assess the problem. Over the Top performed the repair immediately and we haven’t had an issue since! The pricing was very reasonable and the quality of service, professionalism and workmanship was outstanding.
He failed to inspect all areas of my roof, missing approximately 80% of the back half that hadn't been replaced at the same time as the rest of the roof and was in major need of repair. The back portion of my roof had a portion that is not visible from the ground and the previous homeowner replaced all areas of the roof with the exception of this portion that isn't visible from the ground. He inspected my roof with binoculars from the ground, which is nonsense and not what I paid for. Now I am undergoing major renovations as a result of this uninspected area of the roof leaking into my home. I am ripping out ceilings, a Swarovski chandelier, insulation, furniture, and more that now need replacing. I've lost irreplaceable documents and a printer to boot. I am extremely disappointed with his failure to properly inspect my roof and the resulting problems. He also failed to properly inspect my plumbing lines and we had a major flood in he basement as a result of that which ultimately led to major repairs.
