I'd be more than happy to recommend John. He's professional, on time and did a great job. He re-keyed two locks at our home. I did not know the brand name of one of the locks. So that John could come better prepared, he asked me to text him pictures of the deadbolt and backing plates -- this was very thoughtful of him because it made more effective use of our time during the visit. Fantastic job, thanks again!

Had 4 patches of shingles, ripped up by racoons, replaced by the Mr Roof Repair team. Service is friendly, on time and they copleted a proper repair. The service came with an assessment of the roof from the outside, some may find this quite useful if you don't spend much time inspecting the roof yourself. The account manager made a great effort to book our repair as soon as she found an opening. We actually had our repair bumped ahead 3 days. This came in handy because there was rain in the forecast.
